Yet with all the final (hopeful to move-in) fee's that the apt complex is waiting on from the Y, they won't let her move in yet. She has nowhere to live while waiting all this time. This month will be over soon and she still is on the street while the apt keeps all the funds as she waits for them to receive final amount. She's going to end out moving in just to have to turn around and move back out she needs help with other months moving forward too. She needs help so she can mentally get her thoughts and life back in place from this tragedy. Also because I am a secondary victim and not primary, I'm told I'm not approved for emergency relocation (even though when SWAT arrested him he had my address on him after researching it. He was going to kill me and her siblings when he was done with her).
