Jackie - Utah

StretchThatDollar.com member of the month! I am a mom with a 4 year old girl, I live with my Partner in Utah. My hobbies are dining out, internet business http://www.jackiesbizblog.com/ and spending time with my family

I found out about StretchThatDollar through a work at home website. I have been a member for a while now, not sure when I became one, maybe one to two years ago?

My favorite memory of
StretchThatDollar is learning about a Rebate on Anti-virus software and signing up immediately because my PC needed it. I was so excited, especially when I got my Rebate Gift Card back for about $50!

I wouldn't think about changing anything about StretchThatDollar!
My Advice is before you purchase something Online, ALWAYS do a Coupon search for it through
Blingo.com (win Prizes with Searches) and Check MyPoints (Get Points through shopping) and of course the StretchThatDollar Online Hot Deal Alert forum (so that you can see if you can get a Great Deal).

I have referred: My Partner, My Parents and My Friends to

Daily Dream Decoder

Dream Decifering (A new message each day)

Word for Today is: Abandonment

Watching a child realize he is alone is a heartrending event. In a moment, he goes from content to worried to panicked. One of our most primitive fears is the fear of being separated from family, friends, or society. In dreams, being abandoned can have several connotations that derive from psychological or physical experience. The primary interpretive question is: Who abandoned the dreamer, and why? Being individually abandoned by a significant other can represent a feeling of insecurity in a relationship. This may reflect concerns about the feelings of another towards you. Are you genuinely receptive to the idea of being loved and valued, or do you view another's affection as a put-on? Perhaps you view yourself as lovable as you are known, but fear that more revelation about you will lead to isolation. This could be especially true if there is a taboo experience being kept secret from the person who has abandoned you (e.g., marital infidelity). Dreams of this nature may be recurring if as a child your parents extended only conditional affection towards you. You may see yourself as completely abandoned. This can represent a major sense of being unable or unworthy to fit into society. In this type of dream, you may not be alone in a physical sense, but lack connection with the people around you. Self-esteem issues, taboo experiences, or your ability to receive love should be areas of investigation. People who view themselves as completely abandoned within a dream often find themselves lacking connection in many day-to-day relationships or experiences. Lastly, you may see yourself as ritually abandoned. This dream experience finds others leaving you for your own good. Where have you left unfinished business in relationships with others? Conversely, have others left your expectations unmet or altogether unrecognized?

CLEANING: Tips for Laundry Stain Removal

Especially with kids, spots and stains show up in the worst places like on party clothes, gifts from Grandma, and on your teen's favorite shirt.

We hope these top tips for removing common kid-related stains, like chocolate and grass, will help make your family's clothing and your day brighter.

Go ahead, bookmark our article for future reference!

Grass Stains Before laundering, pretreat as follows:

• Rub with liquid detergent or shampoo for oily hair.

• Rub in non-gel white toothpaste with an old toothbrush. Let sit overnight, then wash.

• Rub with a solution of one part rubbing alcohol to two parts water (colorfast material only).

• Chocolate or Grape Juice Stains - Rub in club soda until the stain is gone.

• Remove a fresh grape juice stain from cotton or linen by immediately pouring hot water through the material.

• Wash chocolate with sudsy water with a little ammonia.

• Milk and Formula Stains - To pretreat a milk spill, sprinkle on unflavored meat tenderizer (which breaks down the proteins) and rinse in cold water.

• For formula, soak the item in a covered bucket of warm water mixed with one cup of Borax. When you launder the item, add another cup of Borax to the regular wash cycle. Or, for color-safe clothes, add 1/2 cup dishwashing detergent and 1/2 cup color-safe bleach to warm water, and soak overnight.

• Perspiration and Yellow Stains - Pretreat a perspiration stain by rubbing the area with baking soda. Or, soak the fabric for one hour in water in which you've dissolved three aspirin.

• To remove old yellow stains, spray oven cleaner on the spot and let it dry. Take care not to get any on your skin.

• For yellowed white cottons or linens: Wash in hot water and twice as much detergent. Stop the cycle 15 minutes in and soak the clothing for 15 minutes. Start again and repeat the cycle.

• Stain Stick Savvy - Put one in your baby's diaper bag to stop spills and accidents from setting into clothing. Keep one in the bathroom, near your baby's changing table, or wherever your kids get undressed, so you can treat clothes as you remove them. Then you won't have to spend the time searching for stains on laundry day.

Motivation: Quick Tip ~ Do the quick 10-minute timeout!

TIP: When you are feeling completely unmotivated, take this one valid action and the feelings of 'umph' will follow: Do the 10-minute timeout!

Look around & discover which area you've been wanting to tackle the most. Set a timer for 10-minutes & make yourself get up & started on doing as much as you can on that partcular area of your choice within that time. Not finished? No biggie, you can choose to do this again the next day.

Be sure to add on 5 more minutes each new week. After a short time, your energy will begin to come back again & your home will start to get de-cluttered.

*If you honestly cannot find any chores needing to be finished on any given day, substitute the 10-minute timeout for a quick workout or jog around the house to boost your heart rate.

Today's additional 10 minute timeout challenge: On top of the above 10-minute timeout, I want everyone to be completely dressed (shoes too) & have your hair done. This will help to motivate you. Music & even fragrances will as well, but is optional.

After that is done, this months additional 10 minute timeout will be: Focusing on clutter! Look under your bed or in that closet & begin your additional 10 minutes...

• I am so glad I found http://www.stretchthatdollar.com/.
I love http://www.stretchthatdollar.com/ because it is someone sharing their knowledge of savings and freebies in a day when so little people want to share anything.
The grocery bag deals are rarely for any of the stores in my area, but I pass the information on to others, that also clip q-pons and do their best to live frugally.
I do make sure I check the sunday coupons against the grocery deals that are posted, just to be sure I didnt miss something of interest on my own. (I have been known to miss a few...LOL)
I have saved so much by ordering items from the hot deals of the day too. Toys for my son and grandson . A clock for my father, that was made by a company that he has been searching for, since last fall. He loved it so much he ordered another one for his girlfriend.
Being a stay at home mom, after being the major bread winner in our family, our income has decreased by 2/3! http://www.stretchthatdollar.com has made stretching our very meager budget so much easier.
So...Thank you for all that you do, it is greatly appreciated.
Brenda Thompson, OH

• I found you months ago, from another website post. You find deals for me that I would otherwise miss out on.Thank you doesn't say enough.
Barb, CA

• I can find what I need by coming to your site and it's my favorite and usually the only one I visit for the best deals. Right now I'm looking for a deal on a hand vac. My 5 yr. old vacuumed up a bowl full of water with my last one. It no longer works, but atleast he didn't electrocute himself!
Nancy Govero, KS
